Allgaier Sachsen GmbH, which is located in Oelsnitz, Saxony, has been an important part of the Allgaier Automotive division since 2015. Its core competencies in the Press Shop and Car Body business areas, combined with the use of the new Variotempo forming method, has enabled the location to establish itself as an important supplier for the local automotive industry.
Since 2016, this location has been running the world’s first Variotempo press, which works with the Variotempo cold forming process developed by Allgaier. The location also has important Car Body operations, with its Press Shop being used to produce single parts that are then taken and made into ready-to-fit components at the robot-equipped assembly area.
Allgaier Sachsen GmbH has made its home in the Oelsnitz/Taltitz “Neue Welt” industrial zone, from where the company supplies the entire German automotive industry with skin and structural components.
The premises feature a convenient connection to the B92 federal highway and the A72 autobahn that makes fast deliveries to customers possible. Furthermore, the new plant with production, logistics, and management units encompasses a production and logistics area of about 12,000 m² – and can still be expanded several times.
